CmF’s community-led initiatives across health, livelihoods, education, nutrition, and WASH have been widely recognized by leading national platforms. These awards reflect the depth, scale, and sustainability of CmF’s work in rural and tribal communities of Rajasthan.

ASSOCHAM Menstrual Hygiene Excellence Award 2024

Runner-Up | Maximum Impact by a CSR Initiative – Implementing Agency/NGO

On 28 May 2024, coinciding with International Menstrual Hygiene Management Day, CmF was recognized by ASSOCHAM in New Delhi for its impactful menstrual hygiene program.

Launched in 2018, the initiative addresses deep-rooted gaps in menstrual health awareness and access to safe hygiene solutions—especially among tribal women in South Rajasthan. To date, the program has reached 68,000+ women and adolescent girls through a structured four-session training model delivered via schools, Anganwadis, and SHG platforms.

The award particularly acknowledged CmF’s innovative approaches, including:

  • Peer mentors in schools

  • Couple counselling to foster shared responsibility

  • Women-led enterprises producing and selling sanitary pads

Development Catalyst Award 2024 (Silver Plaque)

Livelihoods India Summit | ACCESS Development Services

CmF received the Development Catalyst Award 2024 (Silver Plaque) at the Livelihoods India Summit, held in New Delhi on 19 December 2024.

This honor recognizes CmF’s role as a development catalyst in Rajasthan, strengthening collaborations and co-creating solutions with multiple stakeholders. CmF’s integrated interventions span community institutions, rural livelihoods, education, WASH, and nutrition, driving long-term, sustainable impact.

Only 11 non-profits from across India were awarded the Silver Plaque, underscoring the significance of this recognition.

Glenmark Nutrition Awards 2025

First Runner-Up | Rural NGO Category

At the Glenmark Nutrition Awards 2025, CmF was recognized for empowering 200 SHG federations to lead local action on improving maternal and child health and nutrition.

Declared First Runner-Up after a final jury presentation in Mumbai on 27 February 2025, CmF’s program was lauded for its convergence-based model—bringing together SHG institutions and the public health system through coordinated efforts of Anganwadi Workers, ASHA workers, and ANMs.

This approach has enhanced access to government health and nutrition services across 5,000+ villages, benefiting over 5.6 lakh women.
